Not all cotton towels are equal. Thread count, GSM, weave type, and dye chemistry all determine whether a towel feels like a hotel spa or a budget motel. We obsessed over every variable so you don't have to.
Our towels uses 300 to 600 GSM combed cotton with an open-loop terry weave — the same specification used by five-star hotels in India. Heavy enough to feel luxurious, open enough to dry out between uses.

What does 600 GSM mean?
GSM stands for grams per square metre — it measures the density and weight of the towel fabric. 600 GSM is hotel-grade: thick, plush, and highly absorbent. Standard home towels are typically 400–450 GSM.
Will the towel shrink after washing?
No. Our towels are pre-washed before packing, so all natural shrinkage has already occurred. What you receive is the final, stable size.
Can I use fabric softener?
We recommend avoiding fabric softener. It coats the cotton fibres and reduces absorbency over time. For maximum softness, use a small amount of white vinegar in the rinse cycle instead.
Are the dyes safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. We use reactive dyes only — no azo dyes, no formaldehyde-based fixers. The towels are safe for daily skin contact, including for children.
How long will the towel last?
With proper care (cold wash, no bleach, hang dry), a 600 GSM cotton towel should retain its softness and absorbency for 3–5 years of daily use.
