Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days across India. Metro cities typically receive orders in 2–3 business days. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Yes — free shipping on all orders above ₹999 anywhere in India. Orders below ₹999 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹79.

International shipping is available to select countries with delivery in 7–14 business days. International orders are not eligible for free shipping. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags intact. Items must be in their original condition — unwashed, unaltered, and free from fragrance or stains. Sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount is credited back to your original payment method. UPI and card refunds typically reflect within 2–3 banking days after processing.

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in inches. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing with our guide. When between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit — especially for kurtis.

Most of our pieces run true to size with a comfortable, slightly relaxed fit. Kurtis are designed with a traditional ease for all-day wear; crop tops are cut for a fitted silhouette. Any fit notes specific to a style are mentioned on the product page.

We primarily use 100% premium cotton — soft, breathable, and built for daily professional wear. Some pieces use cotton-blend or handloom-woven fabric. The exact material, weight, and weave details are listed on every individual product page.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Turn inside out before washing to preserve print vibrancy. Do not tumble dry — lay flat or hang dry in shade. Iron on medium heat, print-side down. Do not bleach or dry-clean unless the care label specifies otherwise.

Our prints use colourfast dyes that retain vibrancy through repeated washing when cared for correctly. Washing in cold water, turning inside out, and avoiding harsh detergents will keep your print looking sharp for longer.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within India. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters fulfilment and cannot be changed. To cancel urgently, WhatsApp us immediately at +91 98426 52143 and we will do our best to help.
